Customer Relations Officer
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and building strong long-term relationships with customers. Your role will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and overall brand reputation.
JOB SUMMARY
- Role: Customer Relation Officer
- Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Salary Package: ₹15,200 to ₹22,000 per month
- Immediate Joiners: Preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer support and address client needs promptly.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and other teams to ensure smooth client interactions.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 6 months to 1 years of experience in customer support.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS products and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
