Prices will be automatically calculated based on the distance of the shipment. On the admin side, there is an option to add different slabs of distances with their respective prices.

Personnel involved in the shipment process, such as the loading staff, support team, delivery team, clients, etc, can get detailed information and real-time tracking regarding the whole journey of the cargo. The software provides real-time updates that can be shared with shareholders through the shared logistics feature. Shared logistics can also add multiple third-party services for the shipment and give them access to specific quotes. This ensures that every person involved in the shipment process is well-informed and any issues can be addressed promptly.

Automated Documentation

The platform automates the generation of essential shipping documents for FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) cargo services, reducing paperwork, minimizing errors, and accelerating customs clearance processes. Specific types of documents can be generated automatically for ocean and air freight forwarders, consolidating the given data. Ocean documents include various types of bills, such as MTO (Multimodal Transport Operator-original and seaway bill), RFS bill of lading (A pre-shipment document issued by the carrier that looks like a bill of lading, serving as evidence of receipt of goods for shipment), and Fiata bill of lading (serves as proof of multimodal transport of goods).

Quotes can be created with the details of the shipment modes (through ocean or air) and how much they would cost. Separate bills like airway bills, house airway bills, and manifest bills can be generated for air freight. Users can conveniently create documents based on the required type, number of originals and copies, and document barcode placement.

  Load and Calculation

This feature is designed to assist with container load calculation and help users plan how to stack boxes inside. FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) mode container stacking calculation becomes utterly effortless with this feature. For FCL mode, containers can be stacked as per the user’s requirement, and the system will automatically calculate accordingly. When it comes to shipping by air, the prices are determined according to the weight of the cargo item. For ocean shipping with less than a container load (LCL), the prices are calculated based on the volume of the cargo in cubic meters (CBM). The prices are calculated based on the number of containers required for ocean shipping with a full container load (FCL). The container load planning software automatically calculates a stacking plan by inputting measurements of the container and boxes. Besides helping users with calculations, the 3D calculator also visualizes the stacking plan, maximizing container space efficiency.

 Quote Calculation

In addition to tracking the whole cargo journey, the software can calculate the quote with all the pricing details. Quotes are effortlessly generated with pricing details based on load calculation, real-time air and ocean pricing calculation, and cargo shipping rates calculator features.
Separate methods are available to calculate the prices of FCL and LCL quotes. A copy of this quote can also be shared with the customer and other personnel involved.
