Business Development Executive
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in SaaS to help us expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You should be fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
JOB SUMMARY
- Role: Business Development Executive
- Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Salary Package: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
- Immediate Joiners: Preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and demonstrate how our SaaS solutions can address their challenges.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS offerings.
- Proposal Development: Create and deliver customized proposals and contracts to prospective clients, addressing their specific requirements and pain points.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to provide insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective execution of business development strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify opportunities, assess market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS products and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
