JOB SUMMARY

IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience in overall project management which includes design, development, testing, release, updating, and research and development required in a software project.
- Experience to track and review projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, performance issues and involve the team to study and learn from existing projects.
- Strong expertise in Php/Laravel Framework, JavaScript/jQuery, API integrations, and MySQL.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Developers and the QA team to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Leading the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
